About Harold E. Bishop
I am dedicated to the protection of the rights of the injured person. I never represent an insurance company or its insured.
I graduated from Memphis State University in May 1988, took the Bar Exam for the State of Tennessee in July 1988, and was sworn in and licensed in the fall of 1988.
After one year in a general practice (primarily real estate title work), I began representing persons who had been injured. I opened my own office in Maryville, Tennessee in October 1997 and am a sole practioner.
I have tried jury and nonjury cases in numerous counties all over Middle and East Tennessee and in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
By maintaining a small office, I am able to give personal attention to my clients instead of an "assembly line" experience. If you want personal attention and concern for your case, you can contact me.
